With extensive experience leading international People functions for hyper-growth, Stacey balances rapid scaling with retention. Her leadership has significantly expanded workforces at notable scale-ups such as Corvus Insurance and LogicMonitor through strategic business planning and data-driven processes. Stacey’s more than two-decade career encompasses the full range of modern People Operations. She excels in global talent strategy, inclusive and high-performing cultures, predictable and scalable processes, and becoming an employer of choice. Her expertise lies in translating complex business challenges into adaptable, people-centric solutions, enhancing the employee experience while achieving the desired business outcomes. Stacey is a strong proponent of the strategic adoption of AI to empower employees to focus on their most impactful, human-centric work. She is actively involved with the HR community, is a Board Advisor for Wiggl, and in 2022 was named #10 on the Top Women Leaders in Massachusetts. Outside of work, is a board member at M.o.R.E for Kids and enjoys the outdoors.
