Beat Duss communication is terrible. He completed a project for us and our client had a few questions. He refused to reply to all our messages, when Smartcat contacted him he still refused to reply to the messages. He still applies for jobs with us but refuses to reply to any of our messages. As a result we had to hire another freelancer to complete the job. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating dealing with Beat Duss.
